Marketing Operations Analyst

As a Marketing Operations Analyst, you will work to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management. You will conduct data analysis and present findings to stakeholders from across the company. As a Marketing Operations Analyst, you will manage ROI reporting and the marketing budget to influence where investment should be allocated. The environment is fast-paced and team-oriented. You will manage multiple projects at once, which involve partnering with the sales, technology, support, and product teams across the company. This highly visible opportunity exposes you to the business drivers of a rapid growth SaaS company. Your work will directly impact the bottom line.  

Responsibilities

  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM, web app) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads and customers
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign, lead, and affiliate management
  • Create and maintain key metric reports on marketing and sales activities to assess effectiveness and business impact
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to generate the yearly, quarterly, and monthly marketing budget
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database(s)
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
  • Proficient in marketing automation systems (e.g. HubSpot) and integrating those systems with other technologies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes
