Product Marketing Manager

This has made us the market leader in the eCommerce shipping and logistics space with hundreds of millions of orders and shipments every month. 

We're looking for a talented marketer to work alongside a set of product managers to bring innovative features and enhancements to market. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products, customer base, and competitive landscape
  • Build messaging to help users and prospective customers understand the value of our products and services
  • Work with stakeholders to study, analyze, and predict market trends to help position products and services
  • Work closely with product managers and brand managers to develop and execute integrated marketing plans for feature launches
  • Work closely with the data team to define target audiences, adoption criteria, build weekly targets, dashboards, and provide updates to key stakeholders on a weekly basis
  • Participate in webinars, sales trainings, and other events as needed
  • Develop one-pagers, presentations, email templates, and call scripts to empower our marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption
  • Make sure all product marketing initiatives are accurately documented and shared with stakeholders.

Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of SaaS and/or API marketing experience with 1-2 years in a product marketing or management role
  • Have a passion for technology and find it easy to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience building and executing go-to-market plans with successful outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to turn complex information into easy to understand messaging
  • An ability to work across multiple teams who own multiple products, influencing and driving others to hit the desired goals
  • Experience in shipping and logistics preferred
  • A testing mindset - always learning, iterating, and improving
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • An ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Experience with tools like Slack, Confluence, JIRA, Google Suite, Asana, etc.
  • Put the customer experience first
  • Ability to travel to St. Louis, MO for a few days every quarter
